Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Cancellation:
    • Cancellations are allowed before shipment on the same day the order is placed.
    • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow the return procedure, and shipping costs will apply.

Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at YzAutolights@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide the correct return address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using the designated shipping method and provide the tracking number.

Important: Do not return the item to the sender’s address on the package. Please use the return address provided by our support team.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Procedure:

  1. Email YzAutolights@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
  3. Send the product back in its original condition.
  4. Upon receipt, we will send a replacement or issue a price adjustment if applicable.

Note: Customer-initiated exchanges are subject to a $10 label fee. Processing may take up to 90 days if the replacement item is out of stock.
