Order Processing & Cancellation
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours.

- Cancellations are allowed before shipment on the same day the order is placed.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow the return procedure, and shipping costs will apply.
Return Timeframe
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Process

- We will provide the correct return address within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using the designated shipping method and provide the tracking number.
Important: Do not return the item to the sender’s address on the package. Please use the return address provided by our support team.

Exchange Procedure:
- Email YzAutolights@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
- Send the product back in its original condition.
- Upon receipt, we will send a replacement or issue a price adjustment if applicable.
Note: Customer-initiated exchanges are subject to a $10 label fee. Processing may take up to 90 days if the replacement item is out of stock.
